how to officially update evo design 4g in india to 4.0

i have imported htc evo design 4g from Taiwan to India. i have looked over internet that there is update for this device but i am not getting the update in india please help me out.

That is one of the drawbacks to importing a device from another region. It is designed to receive updates from a certain region and if your outside of that region many times it makes receiving important updates impossible.

You could search around the internet and see if there is a manual method (file) you can download and use to force the device to update.
