How to operate multi window in HTC 626G ?

I want to operate multi window in my cell HTC Desire 626G but unable to find the correct path to do so ?

Welcome to Android Central! My understanding is that multi-window is a Samsung feature. To get similar functionality on a non-Samsung device, you'd have to root the phone. See this article: How To Install Floating windows feature on Any Android Device
