How to partition internal memory ?

Hello. I am using Asus Zenfone Go zc500tg . Although the internal memory of the phone is 8gb , I can only use 4gb of it. The other 4gb is being used by the system . Is there anyway I can partition the internal sd card and use the full 8 gb as my internal memory?

Welcome to Android Central! That 4 GB used by the system is taken up by system files. The OS has to be stored somewhere. The internal storage that a phone is advertised with is never the total that is available to the user--it's always some number that's lower (and yes, this is also the case with iPhones). 8 GB phones usually have about 3-4 GB available to the user.
