paste photo from clipboard to fplder ?

Open the folder in a file manager. There should be a Paste choice if there's a link to a file (the picture is a file) in the clipboard.

Make sure you put it there first, though - in the file manager, go to where the picture is, long-press the file, then choose "copy". Then go to where you want to paste it and paste it.
