How to prevent my Galaxy s6 from going idle?

Hello, I would like to know how can I prevent my apps and services from going idle when I sleep? I have the Galaxy s6 G920F model with Android 7.0, which doesn't receive any updates.

No, I don't have any power-saving options turned on. It's not that they're not giving me push notifications, the fact is that my phone goes into a hibernation kind of state, every app stops running in the background.
