How to prevent my Note 2 from dying while I sleep?

Hello people

Last night I put an alarm at 9:00 hoping I wake up...
I woke up this morning late for my damn university because my Galaxy Note 2 decided to die during my sleep

Why did that happen?
I thought the battery drained so I plugged it in to charge, only to see that the battery was over 10%

Please help, thanks!

How long have you had your Note 2? Are you still using the original battery? The Note 2 was released almost 5½ years ago, so there is a good possibility that the battery is no longer good. You may want to get a new battery.

I still have my Note II. I did replace the battery almost 2 years ago. Still works great.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the problem was with the BATTERY, not the phone itself!
