How to reactivate Adsense account or alternatives

[AC Question]

4 years ago my Adsense account was deactivated for invalid click activity. I tried to appeal but no luck. With no shot over the bow warning from google and no way to formally dispute it, here I am four years later with little to no ad revenue

What can one do?

What alternatives are there?
