How to reboot

Question, i have flashed to a new rom and now when the phone boot the phone up a message pops up (Unfortunately, System UI has stopped). How do i get into recovery and fix this?

If you're able to get the phone to power off again, boot it back up into FastBoot by holding down both volume buttons when turning on the power. Once into FastBoot, use the volume buttons until Recovery Mode appears on the screen and select it by pressing the power button.
