I have a samsung galaxy s5 that has a broken display (I try to turn on the screen of the phone, but it is pitch black)
Long story short, I want to be able to unlock my phone so I can extract some, ahem, private files i had on there. in order to do that though, I need to...
A) unlock the phone and turn on private mode (which I cannot do when i cannot see the screen). What kind of tech can i use to mirror the screen onto a tv or laptop?
OR...
B) bypass the private mode filter altogether and remove those private files with my laptop. Any kind of software that can do that?
P.S. The phone still works, it's just the display that is broken.
