How to recover my bricked zuk z1 where i cannot boot into recovery?

My phone is bricked(only ZUK and cyanogen logo appears). I tried to boot into recovery by pressing Volume +,- and power button, but it continuosly restarts when I press this combination. My device is detected as unauthorized in adb.

All this happened after me running this command 'fastboot erase cache' without proper knowledge about it.
Can anyone help me please?

First, to download a new ROM, you hold Volume-, then plug in the USB cable (that's already connected to the PC).
