How to redo oem g960f firmware, many failed attempts

I have downloaded combo fw file many times, it used to just automatically come up with the seperate bl/ap/cp files, i dont know what ive done but i cant seem to get them to come up as those files anymore and have tried so many things but i dont really undertsand it all properly to work it out, if the seperate files would just come like they used to i dont think i would have the issue
SO STRESSED PLEASE HELP

Where did you get the firmware?
You trued different cables or computer ports ?
What error your seeing?
