How to reduce your ram usage on phone

Hello guys, today i have a my phone which is Samsung Galaxy J7 which has a very high ram for some reason, i mean i only have like 211 MB free (which means 85% of ram is used) on my phone. i only use it when im bored or when i need it urgently, but most of the time i use it for urgently.... and it's very laggy..... please if anybody have any solution on how to have ur ram low please tell me

Hi, welcome to the forums! You don't have to worry about RAM management, Android does a good job with no need of any external action. In general the system will keep memory almost full all the time so your phone runs faster and multitasking is smoother. Just in case check in settings - apps - running which apps are included there. And, very important, avoid memory booster apps, they won't help at all.
