How to reinstall Sprint Navigation? new to android

I've installed this rom [ROM] - [02/06/2011] - MikFroYo v4.5 - ReEngineered Sense - Still Fast. - xda-developers and I want to have the sprint navigation app back. It say "Please note that if u want an app from the Removed_Apps folder u MUST push into the system/app/ folder"

OK but what is push an app? When I do a goggle search I'm even more confused? Please help point me in the right direction.

You can just click the link in my signature (TeleNav), download the apk and install it as you would any other program.

In general, you should just be able to install any of the programs in the Removed_Apps folder on your SD card with any file manager (to get to that specific folder).
