Thank you very much for this tip. our IT support added my company email o my phone but can't get it to work. I have to find a way to remove the previous acct he entered so he can create a new account.

i've found pretty unconventional way to deal with the situation like this.
previously you dont need to remove the main account. but now onward you need to remove from accounts from your phone settings.
there is a indirect way..............................
Find EMAIL app from APPs option in your phone settings just go there an press 'clear data' it will prompt you that all accounts and data will be deleted. but dont worry you can register wit all needed mail ids again. Also you can get back your mail data if sync those emails again.
