How to remove bluetooth paired devices

It is June 7, 2015, and the bluetooth removal is still unattainable. For me, Blue Tooth usage has been a problem since I got my first Nexus 10. I have 2 Samsung devices at 4.1.2 and 5.0.2 and both of them work fine. With my Nexus Products the results is disgusting.I will never buy another Nexus Product in the future. If anyone wants to get an Android, Samsung is pretty good and not familiar with any of the other brands, but AVOID buying a Nexus.
