How to remove charging locked screen?

When thwe screenactment pops up next in the top right theres a settings button press that then press the slider that stops it for me

I think you're using an application called CM Security.
It has its own "Charging Screen" and you can disable it from settings.
Hope this will help.

I had the same problem and I was sure that it was the Superuser causing it. To remove it press the gear icon on the top right of screen and it will immediately give you 2 options to disable the lock screen. Just tap them both to off and you are done

I have just spent 2 hours trying to figure out why since last night I have had exactly the same thing
Although the "lock screen" had no 3 dots at all couldn't get rid of it and it was driving me mad read all the above answers and for me it was a third party keyboard called kika..had no trouble with it before but it updated last night
I guess the moral of the story is beware of heavy advertised "free" apps. Yes of course the Devs need revenue but they should at least warn you or give you the option to donate!
