How to remove "Display over other apps" setting for an uninstalled app?

When I go to Apps & notifications, see all apps, show system, Android System, App notifications, under the Display over other apps section, there are a bunch of apps showing up which I don't have installed anymore. This is really bugging me. If anyone can help me remove them without putting yourself into too much trouble I would appreciate it.

repost: How to remove "Display over other apps" setting for uninstalled app

Sorry for re-posting, I just created an account.
When I go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all (X) apps > (hamburger menu) Show system > Android System > App notifications > under the "Display over other apps" section, there are a bunch of apps showing up which I don't have installed anymore. The only solution besides resetting my phone (yes I am a bit OCD, so I might) that I came up with is to reset the "Settings Storage" apps.
Here are the screenshots as I am not sure if this text box allows pictures.
http://prnt.sc/thtnba and https://prnt.sc/thtp4j
and this is what happens when I click on one of the uninstalled apps: https://prnt.sc/thtr15
Phone - Moto G4 Plus running android 8.1.0
Thank you!

If those apps are uninstalled they can't do anything , don't like or trust apps like clean master also.

Re: repost: How to remove "Display over other apps" setting for uninstalled app

I know that the apps can not do anything anymore, but the list of uninstalled apps in this section of "Display over other apps" just bugs me a lot. I am a bit OCD... But nothing for anyone to worry about and break their head to find a solution. I'll be fine. :")
And what is this whole privacy issue with clean master? Do these apps even help?
Thanks to all.

Did you ever have any of those apps installed? If so, were they installed by you directly, or did they get installed alongside some other app you installed, or were they preinstalled?

Cheetah (the makers of CleanMaster) and DU are bad actors, and are notorious for doing shady things on your phone (like sneaking ads in everywhere and installing various useless "features") as well as having very questionable data-handling practices. There's a possibility that some component of those apps are still installed, and might be harder to remove. Go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators -- is anything listed there?

I dint use or a fan of those type of apps, McAfee, look out, clean master etc..

Yes, all the apps that are unchecked in the screenshot are apps that I once had installed directly by me, and they are now uninstalled by me.
Everything listed under Device Administrators (called "Device admin apps" on my phone) are all good.
Thank you.
