How to remove icon and widget captions?

Icon show up at home screen with captions, even with Settings>Accessibility>System>Captions off.
I don't know where else can I find a setting to turn this off...

Are the captions associated to just one widget or all of them?.. This could be forced onto the widget by the developer and can't be turned off..
