How to remove Nougat OS off Galaxy s7

[AC Question]

I want this Nougat OS off my phone. I have a brand new galaxy s7 that I purchased 4 months ago, because I liked the UI. Everything about this new OS sucks. The "Settings" has faint icons that are barely readable, The Phone and Contact section is a mess, and the something as simple as text messaging has become worthless.

HELP.

Change theme to get better colors
contacts are the same, favorites are annoying
why is messaging useless? If you don't like the messenger download a new one. Textra, Google messenger are both good.

Go to display and set screen zoom to mid or Large, the set the font around mid or smaller depending on taste . Set font to Samsung sans
