How to remove the OTA downloaded Kitkat firmware?

Dear Sir,

While playing with third party's apps to deactivate some of the files to save precious battery life - ever since i performed the action my mobile [Samsung Galaxy s4 mini] has stopped working showing applications detail for downloading. It could be probably i have deleted some of the important files unknowingly. However, can y guide me to re-download kitkat again to my mobile ?

*For those still without a solution!!*

I just downloaded an app called 'CM Locker (boost and save power)'.
This app is going to literally save your life, and your phone in terms of space, and junk on your phone. I also was a bit skeptical about the new update, and I updated the software, but then didn't want the actual update on my phone. Yes, you can hold the update notification down and force stop when going into settings to stop the notification, but you will still have this software on your phone, nowhere to be found, using up heaps of space!

Once downloading CM locker, go into 'Big files found' when clearing Junk, and as I did, you will find this update software sitting there. You will have found it, and will be able to delete it!!! Then, it's happy days :)

All the best!
