how to renew another 2 years LEGACY UDP? IPAD?

i tried to use ipad method from bestbuy,

but it seems bestbuy blocked it and asks add a new line

how to renew my legacy unlimited data plan for another 2 years? i'm ending contract soon...thanks

Use Verizon's website, transfer the upgrade to a tdp line, activate on the tdp line and never put that phone on the UDP line
