How to Report Problems with Lollipop to Google?

I know that Google has a products forum for their Nexus products, but is there something similar for their OS? Specifically, is there some sort of forum (or other format) where people can report issues with Lollipop since updating?

Thanks. That will do. The only reason I thought a forum (like their Products Forum) would be good is that it would give others a chance to weigh in and show Google that it is of concern to a number of people.

Yeah, but Google's own Product Forums are notorious for not getting any seemingly official responses from anyone in Google.:-\

Reporting a ROM bug to Google is like sending a message to someone in the desert by putting it in an open bottle and tossing it into the ocean. Except that the bottle has a better chance of getting to the desert. Google makes pretty ROMs now, they don't seem to care too much about fixing bug. (Marketing people, the ones driving all this, don't understand the difference between "software" and "software that works". Or figure that people will keep accepting defective product - which most of us do. The people who complain on forums are a tiny fraction of people who buy phones.)
