How to RESET SG Tab 2 10.1?

Hi, I have a very busy day and almost my storage unit was less than 1.97 GB for now I want to Reset my Tablet into it's old version will you be able to help me what is the right thing to do also please put an instructions for it. Recovery or Reboot.
