How to restart - AND - tapping sound - AND - gallery

I just purchased the Nexus 6p to replace a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have three quick (?) questions:

1. To restart the Galaxy, I press and hold the power button and I can power down or restart. On the 6p, when I press and hold the power button, the only option is to Power Off. How do I do a restart/reboot on the 6p?

2. On the Galaxy, every press on the screen causing a "plop" sound. I would like to set up the 6p to play a sound whenever I press on the screen (not just when I type), if possible with the same sound. Where do I specify an audio sound whenever I touch the screen?

3. On the Galaxy, there is a Gallery app where I can see all the photos on the phone. I don't see a similar app on the 6p. Is there one, or must I download an app from Google Play?

Sorry if these simplistic questions are answered elsewhere (if so, tell me where). Thanks in advance.

Was also curious about a reboot. Google says hold down power button for a good 8 sec and it will then reboot. No option screen, just a reboot is initiated. See if that works.

Use the Power Off option and then power it back on once it is off.

As far as I know this isn't a thing on stock.

The default app is Photos which includes an option to backup all of your photos for free in the cloud (in case of damaged device, etc).

Re: How to restart - AND - tapping sound - AND - gallery

1. Hold power button for 10 seconds to power cycle phone.

2. Go to settings > sounds & notifications > other sounds. Also there may be sounds settings for your keyboard.

3. Download one from the Play Store if you don't want to use Google Photos. Quick Pic is good.

QuickPic runs in the background now, thanks to CM buying them. I use A+ Gallery instead.

I google searched for an old version and side loaded the quickpic .apk. Then disabled updates and it worked perfect.

Re: How to restart - AND - tapping sound - AND - gallery

1. Thank you. Pressing and holding the power button for several seconds does result in a restart.

2. Thanks skinnytoo2. When I go to Other sounds, there are five sounds listed: dial pad tones, screen locking sounds, charging sounds, touch sounds, and vibrate on touch. But each of these settings only has an On/Off slider; there is no option here to select the sound for each of these options. Is the selection option available elsewhere, or if not, is there a 3rd party app that provides this option?

3. I guess I overlooked Pictures, but I will take a look at Quick Pic and A+ Gallery.

NEW QUESTION:
4. I imported settings from my old Galaxy phone. One of the results was that the wallpaper/background that was on the Galaxy is now the wallpaper on the Nexus 6p (good). I would like to move this picture (it is a photo) into the Pictures folder. But I do not see where the wallpaper is stored, so I cannot copy it into Pictures. Seems like this should be easy; where would the wallpaper/background be stored?
