How to restore after factory data reset

I had switched of my android phone for a while back and now when I opened it told me to sign in Samsung account after open my phone I found that all of the data has been erased ( factory data reset). How could I bring all my data.

That's the only way - from your backup. If you didn't make one, there isn't any way. (The data no longer exists on the phone, so you can't "bring it up".)
