I know you saidit will bring it back to like when he pulled it out of the box....but just so I don't worry about anything, it removes CWM as well correct?

Yep, CWM will be gone and he will be back to stock recovery. Everything will be stock like from the factory. ROM, kernel, modem, recovery, data, apps ... the whole 9 yards, and with no root any longer. His phone will be totally stock, and he'll be able to accept and install official OTA updates again.

Edit - One thing I forgot to mention. This won't be "exactly" like taking it out of the box. His internal storage will be untouched. So his pictures, music, or anything else on the internal sdcard should still be there. Always good practice to make backups before flashing though.

OK guys I read the suggestions you guys gave to go back to stock. But what if you just want to go back to a stock rom while remaining rooted? I was rooted with stock gingerbread. I flashed ice ceamm sandwich; however, I dontt like it. Iwantt to go back to gingerbread. Any help?

All the ODIN OneClick packages EL13 and newer are pre-rooted, EG30-EK02 are rootable using Auto Root:
