How to roll back Galaxy S8

How to roll back phone version. I have a S8 after the update I can no longer view all and delete text messages. It only selects 3 at a time. I use this phone to receive alarms from work, therefore I grt 500 text messages a day and I really enjoyed being able to search a specific number then select all and delete

Welcome to Android Central! You'd have to use Odin to flash the previous firmware: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. However, the phone will then prompt you to update the system again, so you'd have to disable the system updater: https://www.androidexplained.com/galaxy-s8-disable-ota-update/

If the messaging issue is your only problem, then it may not be worth rolling back the whole update. You might want to look into 3rd party SMS apps like Textra to see if they have the features you're missing.
