This is a device specific exploit. It has been tried... By ME actually... and it did not work...

Yes if you plan on rebooting your phone you need to run the script from a computer every time. This is just a temp root. When we get a perm root exploit then we wont have to worry about it. It will be there til you remove it. Hope that helps
