Could someone put here, or give me a link with instructions for rooting HTC One Android 4.3 ?? ghostryder12 said that he was able to root his HTC One 4.3 with current instructions, but i don't know where to choose, because there are many instructions on the Internet. Thanks !

Plus, you can follow links he has where he got his instructions. I watched the video several times before jumping in. Now his video was on a One with 4.1 but it doesn't matter. It's the method that you need.

ghostryder12, your link doesn't work (Unable to connect - Mozilla Firefox ViperOne_3.5.0.zip | by Turge for One). I'll try the tutorial that you've posted in your 2nd post, but i have a question: what version of TWRP have u used for rooting 4.3 ? I'm asking this because some guys said that using the last version (v. 2.6.3.3) causes the touchscreen to freeze, so they were stuck right after that. Should i use the first version (2.5.0.0) ??
EDIT: I've succesfully rooted my HTC One using this tutorial (http://qbking77.com/development/how-to-root-the-htc-one-international-sprint-att/). The only differences were SuperSU and TWRP versions, i had to install the latest versions, because i have android 4.3. Thanks guys for your support. This topic can be closed now.

I tried following the tutorial but still i can't get my device rooted! Im on hboot 1.55 and Andoird 4.3. Was your hboot 1.55?
That's the same hboot I have. Not sure what the issue might be, is your hboot unlocked?

Yes, my hboot is 1.55.00. If you couldn't root yours, using the QbKing77 instructions and using the latest SuperSU (i have used SuperSU v.1.65) and latest TWRP for HTC One, maybe you did something wrong when doing those steps.
You might take a look at this one, I am on the GPE conversion 4.4.2 and it works on mine for various things. You might also want to read the forum for the HTC One International at XDA. there is a ton of info there. HTC One - xda-developers

Why cant you root, Do you have a custom recovery?
You will need to start by unlocking your bootloader, If it was unlocked prior to the OTA you can reuse that unlock bin file if not then go here, https://www.htcdev.com/ you will need to select all other supported devices from the list. After unlocking the bootloader you need a custom recovery i recommend TWRP here. pick your model and it will have instructions on how to flash it with fastboot. And you can either flash superuser if you are staying on the rom you are on, Or if you are going to flash a custom rom it will be rooted and will be no need to flash superuser.

i already rooted my htc one and it is great, but i want to return to factory state, i did some googling about it, is there an easy method to do it? thanks for you your helps ghostryder12
I have scanned a few threads about returning to stock but haven't really paid any attention.
Don't think that I'm blowing you off, I really am not, but what you should do is head over to the xda site & search thru the HTC One threads. That's where I found everything I needed to unlock the bootloader flash my ViperOne Rom. I'll get you a link. brb

Sorry to be a pain but I've spent the last 2 weeks searching and searching and getting more and more confused, rooting my Galaxy Note was a breeze but this is becoming a nightmare.
I have a new HTC One on UK o2 running 4.3
Can anyone steer me to the correct files to root this easily without worry, or at least anyone with my scenario let me know what they did.
