how to root nokia xl 1.2.3.2

Please I have a Updated version of Nokia 1.2.3.2 software and Also try Nokia x manager it do not detected my device and also keep .....i have try install ABD Driver they said nokia dev have forget to update it but it Keep showing the Same Message Dpinst.exe Please Refer the Attachment.Please reply as soon as possible.
