How to save .mov attachments to device?

Have Galaxy S6. How do I save a .mov attachment from gmail to my device's camera roll? Or even Google Photos Cloud for christ's sake? Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! .MOV files are Apple QuickTime, which aren't natively compatible with Android. You might be able to get them to play using MX Player. Are you having difficulty saving any attachments to your phone, or are you having difficulty having the phone recognize the .MOV file?
