How to save pictures

How do you save say Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter or any other picture to set a file directory to THE SD CARD, i'm tired of having multiple folders named Facebook one on SD one on internal.

You could try with a third party File Manager like ES. I do believe that adds the option to Save to a specific location from the Share menu. It reads something like "ES Save to...".
