how to set different passwords for screen lock and factory reset

I want to set up my android phone such that it should not have any screen lock but it should ask for a certain password when someone tries to factory reset it.

So you want ot make so that your phone only asks for a password if someone else tries to use your phone?

The only option is to set your screen lock to Password but you'll have to enter a PW each time you use your phone.

what if i want a password there when someone goes in the Settings-->restore-->factory reset menu option.
Assume that my little brother does not know about "power and volume buttons" method.
