How to set exposure in S7 slow motion?

I have a new S7 and I love the slow motion feature but I can't figure how to set the exposure. It just does auto-exposure and it gets it wrong. Here's a video I made of the company Corgi where I work and you can see that everyplace his fur is white it's totally blown-out. I'd like to back off 1 or 2 EV's when I shoot stuff like this...

On another forum someone suggested pro Mode, but Pro Mode doesn't do slow mo. I don't need full control (f-stop+ISO+shutter speed) anyway, just an EV setting.

Unfortunately that's how that camera mode works. You can only set the focus by tapping on the screen but that's about it.
