Hi,
I'm using the Verizon Voicemail app - but not the Virtual voicemail - When I check voicemail it only dials *86 and not my pin.

I have the pin added under People - voicemail - I also changed it under Settings- Call - voicemail settings but it still only dials *86 -

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Dan

How did you add the PIN? Did you edit the number to add a pause in between *86 and your PIN? The pause character is either a "P" or a comma. You might have to add two of them, to extend the pause enough.

So you used two commas, and it doesn't register? How about trying two P's instead?

I also followed the instruction here and it doesn't work. My chat rep at verizon couldn't even help me. If you edit the contact for Voicemail, *86,,PIN# mine doesn't work. It still asks me for the pin anyway. Ideas anyone??? I had this working for my old phone but can't for the life of me get it to work now.
