How to stop an ad from appearing when I swipe my phone to look at it.

Recently when I swipe my phone to look at it, I see a Kohler ad on my phone.

I went to my web browsers and deleted all cookies and history. I truned off App permissions on the browsers. I ran Malware software and it found nothing.

Any other ideas?

You likely installed an app that sneaked in some special lockscreen "features" that also included ads. If it goes away in Safe Mode, then it's something you installed.
