how to stop automatically downloads of apps

In my mobile applications automatically starts downloading. please anyone help me to solve this my issues

Try Play Store, 3-bar menu top left, Settings, Auto-Update Over Wifi Only....or, if you prefer, Do Not Auto-Update Apps.

Welcome to Android Central! Are they apps you already have and are auto-updating, which is what belodion is addressing? Or are these completely unwanted apps that are installing automatically? If the latter, then some app you installed might be inappropriately downloading other apps (which is essentially acting like malware).

Geo news keeps reinstalling and updating even though I "Force Close", Uninstall updates and clear the cache several times a day. I want to know how to PERMANENTLY DELETE this app.

Does NOT work on Geo News app, even after selecting do not auto update.

+and remove it from the app store. Not (only) from the device.
