How to stop Google/Facebook from listening to my conversations

I am tired of everything I say out loud showing up on my Facebook feed 5 minutes later. I have wiped both mine and my wife's phones and installed Lineage OS on both, I have the mic disabled on both phones, no smart home devices in the house, I physically cut the microphones out of all 3 Amazon FireTV remotes and no pcs are on when this happens. Can they still get audio from the speaker itself like when it's in speakerphone mode it uses the speaker for a mic? I only have the minimal GAPPS installed, no assistance, only Gmail and the Play Store. The things that pop up aren't a coincidence, we can start talking about something weird and have it pop up an hour later in a post of ad based on it. I would run Aurora Store and Fdroid and delete Google alltogether but when I tried that most of my apps said they required google services to be running. Anyone else every battled this?
Thanks

Can't say I've ever experienced anything like that. And run everything normal on my Samsung. Although I don't use the Facebook app at all. I only use the website through Firefox with ad-blockers, so it can't follow or hear anything.

Exit all of your Google accounts. Log back in under a new one. See if that gets rid of the problem.
Might want to go into Safe mode if the above doesn't work. You should be able to locate this. Good luck

I never experienced this on my pixels or Samsung and one plus devices.

You mentioned you put a different ROM without Google's core service , look into what you installed on your device including the ROM reach out to the developers.

I guess in all seriousness....in theory, wouldn't removing microphone permissions from Facebook counter this? I mean...if the app can't access your mic, it can't listen. This may not work for Google. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there is a core permission that a user can't turn off.
