How to stop my Galaxy S7 from auto reverting back to Sound mode

Hi all,

This issue has been going on for a few months and at first I thought I was crazy until I found similar posts(but with no answer). After setting my Galaxy S7 to Vibrate or Mute, after I receive a call or text message, it automatically resets the sound back on. This happens every single time and I have no idea how to stop this automatic reverting back to sound when I want my phone on vibrate or mute. Does anyone know a fix for this bug?

Well, after following your link and reading on the safe mode. I restarted my phone into safe mode and I had zero issues. So I uninstalled a bunch of third party apps and have not had an issue since. Thank you!!!
