How to take a screenshot with the Side Loader program?

I know somewhere I seen how you can hook your phone in the PC with the Android Side Loader and take a screen shot of the screen? Im looking all over and cant find it lol. Can anyone point me to the instructions? Thank you so much.

If by the "Android Side Loader", you're referring to the SDK (Software Development Kit), then use the following link for instructions on how to take your screenshots through DDMS...

Ahh thank you for that. Im not rooted so I guess it wont work. I cant belive theres not an app out that does this?
