How to take backup when phones is constantly rebooting?

I have Moto G. It is not properly booting. It reboots after every few seconds and also meanwhile I can't do anything like enabling USB debugging s that I can take backup using adb. Please suggest in this case how can I take backup?

Have you tried booting it into recovery mode?

Welcome to the forums. I am not sure what you can do. The only thing I can think of is to try rebooting into recovery and clearing the cache.
