Handy little 'mod' i guess you could call it that, that trailblazer101 figured out..
He likes to think of it as like a more advanced LED notifier
If you are interested in a method to get your ticker display to flash on and off for an adjustable length after you get, say, a text message, google voice message, missed call or such, just follow these simple steps
1) Install NoLed from the market
2) Get it up and working by enabling it through the home screen widget
3) Set up the options you want to have the ticker flash in "toggle notifications" (Just don't enable "Display Time"
4)de-select, if not already done, all the icons in "Use Icons" except for "others"
5)change the color of the icons to black by clicking on the options under "set colors" and moving all the sliders to the left.
6) Enable Blink
7) in Miscellaneous, uncheck "Disable touch screen".. Also, make sure all the "Use ***" options are enabled..
This is all the necessary adjustments you have to do.....for trailblazer101personally , he changed under "Blink" the "On time" to 5 Seconds, and the "Off Time" to 10
Hopefully someone will find this useful i know i did!
