How to tranfer App data from broken Dell Venue 7 to Venue 8

Hello. This is my first post. There isn't a thread specific for the Dell Venue tablet, so this may or may not be the right place to post this.

Last month, I ordered a Dell 7 Venue tablet. It worked fine, until I had accidentally dropped it on the tile floor. Now my touchscreen is cracked and mostly non-responsive. I can still power it on and off and the interface seems to work. I had to order a new Dell Venue 8. However, I want to save my app data from my broken Dell 7 Venue and transfer the data to either my home PC or my Venue 8 tablet. Is that possible, if so how can I do it. I used a USB driver to connect the broken tablet to my PC, but I can't find where I can find my data. I had saved game data from various apps, such as Angry Birds, Candy Crush, and Crime City, and I don't want restart the games from the beginning. I had assumed that Google Play saves the data through their servers so I could resume my progress through another tablet. Also, I can't uninstall various apps because the center of the screen where it asks "are you sure you want to uninstall this app?" is non-responsive. I also tried Robomodo, but it won't detect my tablet. I don't have a micro SD card and my Dell tablet is not rooted (whatever that means). (i.e. cd /data/data/com.rovio.angrybirds/files)

I need help please. Thank you.

You can try helium from the play store to sync app data.

Thanks for the advice, but how am I supposed to open the Helium app when my touchscreen is almost entirely unresponsive. I also heard about Titanium Backup, but I need my tablet to be rooted and both of my Dell Venue tablets (the broken one and my newer one) are NOT rooted. Also, could I transfer app/game data from my old Android tablet to my new Android tablet via connecting them with a micro USB cable? In other words, can I view and/or transfer data from my broken screen tablet into my newer tablet by connecting them together?

Nope, doesn't work that way. If you can't get your touchscreen to work, I'm afraid you are very limited on options.
