how to turn off call acceptance by pressing number 1?

Got a question to all you guys. Every time someone calls me the phone asks me to push one to accept the call. How do I turn this function off? I checked call settings and do not see how I can turn it off. Please advise. Thanks.

Are you using Google voice integration? If so login to voice.google.com and turn off call screening.

I'd still login to the site I mentioned and confirm that. (after logging in go to settings and look at the phone tab) If it shows your phone number there and says something like "enabled by Sprint", then go to the Calls tab and turn off call screening.

Thanks. I went on and did exactly what you said and it worked. But I don't remember ever signing on for using Google voice.
