How to turn off Icon Frames on LG V30 with Oreo?

I've just updated to Android Oreo on my LG V30 and there are white icon frames on certain apps, yet not others (ex. frame on Facebook and Instagram, but not on Twitter or Whatsapp). Is there a way to change this?

That's the icon set that the V30 uses. Look for other icon sets in Google Play.

I noticed that as well, Some regions may have gotten frame option, it was in one of the beta tests that I saw. Maybe we will get them back with 8.1
