How to turn off notifications for hotmail saving draft email

I have a samsung galaxy S4 and I have notifications turned on for when I get a new email, I want that. but recently I have been getting notifications every time ( approx every 15 mins) hotmail saves the draft email I am writing on my PC. I didn't change anything on my phone and the draft notifications started happening about 2 weeks ago. I was hoping it would turn off again ! but it hasn't.
