How to turn off pocket mode?

[Android Central Question]

My phone have been in my pocket all day and that must have been reason, so when I am turning on my phone and I touch screen anywhere it is saying "pocket touch-disable do not cover the top of the phone" but there is nothing in my phone
I can't use my phone at all.
If anyone know how to fix it please tell me. Thank you

More information is needed, if you cant get into the phone try going into safe mode , if you can go into settings>display> accidental touch or pocket mode
