How to turn Off the screen overlay from settings>Apps?

It keeps on popping up when I am using some Apps like Snapseed and Boomerang. Is it because of Applock installed on my phone? Thanks in advance for replies

I keep getting the same problem too. Keep getting asked to turn off screen overlay. On my Samsung s5.

The trick is to find the app that is acting as the overlay.
Common apps:
screen dimmers (Lux, Twilight)
Facebook Bubbles
side-sliding trays and menus

Yeah. I keep turning off the screen lay settings and go back to spps and keeps asking and asking do in the end I get pixxed off and do without the app. I'm on a S5 if that helps.
