how to turn off "turn off all sounds" control on lg15g

phone prompts me "adjusted volume will apply after deactivating turn off all sounds" Can't find that setting anywhere.

Swipe down on your screen to bring up your notifications tab > Settings > Audio Profiles check here to mute all sounds
