How to turn on 4G on Android pie?

Hi, I use a Galaxy S8 and I recently updated to android pie and now I just realized that my device has no 4G option. It only shows these 2 options here:

3G/2G (Auto connect)

2G only

Which carrier are you connected with?
How good is the signal strength where you are at?

What's the exact model number of the phone? Do you know if you or anyone else ever flashed different firmware to make the phone compatible with your carrier's network?
